Live product The "New" menu doesn't just make a doc — it opens a creation suite we built ourselves: Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Code, Image, Design, 3D Book / Brochure, Form, Poll, a visual SOP builder and an agent Skill builder, plus upload of any file or folder. Each opens in its own purpose-built editor with a menu bar, toolbar and light/dark themes. Underneath sit dedicated viewers for Docs, Sheets, Slides, Code, Image, Design, PDF, Video, Audio and page-turning Books — 13 surfaces in all, every one owned, with zero proprietary or copyleft libraries in the build.
Live product Sheets runs on a from-scratch formula engine: its own tokenizer, parser, evaluator, a real dependency-graph recalculation pass and a complete error model (#NAME, #VALUE, #DIV/0!, #NUM, #REF!, #N/A). It carries a deep formula library — dynamic-array spills (XLOOKUP, XMATCH, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, SEQUENCE, TRANSPOSE), the full lookup family (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, OFFSET, INDIRECT), SUMIFS/COUNTIFS/AVERAGEIF, the stats and financial sets (MEDIAN, STDEV, PERCENTILE, PMT, NPV) and more. The grid does the boring-but-essential pro work too: conditional formatting, data validation, pivots, charts, frozen panes, merge, sort and filter, CSV/XLSX import-export, paste-special, 200-step undo and Excel-grade keyboard navigation — none of it licensed, all of it ours.
Live product Docs is a real document model, not a wrapped library: paginated print, footnotes, a generated table of contents, headers and footers, find & replace and a live word count — plus an AI ribbon with Write, Rewrite, Summarize, Translate, Tone and Grammar that writes straight back into the page. Slides ships layouts and themes, an outline view, a slide sorter, shapes, animations and a presenter view — and you can drop a live Poll right into a deck.
Live product Build Forms with 22 field types across five groups — NPS, matrix grids, image-choice, star rating, ranking, signature and file upload — in a classic layout or a conversational one-question-at-a-time mode. Add scored quiz mode with auto-grading, conditional show-if branching, six themes, access controls and CSV export. Run Polls with eight question types (word cloud, ranking, open text, a quiz with a live leaderboard), a 6-digit join code, audience Q&A with upvotes, present mode and live results — and embed a poll inside a deck or a Plantel Huddle. Forms and Polls run great on one device today; cross-device real-time results and cloud response storage land with the backend seam, so we do not yet claim "real-time across devices."
Live product Book and Flipbook files — and any PDF you import — open in a true page-turning 3D File Viewer we built. Four themes (classic, modern, dark, kraft), five page sizes and ratios, adjustable book thickness, a custom cover and a table of contents make a pitch deck, brochure, lookbook or report feel like the real thing. The same viewer serves company share links, so teammates you share with get the page-turn experience too — and every page turn is timed for the Insights analytics.
Live product Every file has three link scopes you choose per share: Company (only signed-in members of your company), Anyone with the link (external), or Specific people (invited by email, who verify a one-time code). Add company members from the roster or invite anyone by email. Each share carries a Viewer, Commenter or Editor role you can change or revoke at any time — the panel shows exactly who has access and what kind. Protect any link with an expiry (1, 7 or 30 days), a download/print lockdown, a password and a generated 6-digit access code the reader must enter before the document opens. Wrong codes are refused — and every open, download and failed unlock is recorded in the document's audit log.
Live product Shared Drives give every team a company-owned space that is not anyone's personal folder — with per-drive membership and roles (Manager, Contributor, Viewer) managed right from the drive's header. And Drive automations put rules on your files: when a file is created, edited, shared or moved — optionally filtered by type, name or folder — Drive can index it into the Brain, move or copy it, tag it, star it, log a row into a Sheet, or notify the activity feed. Rules are company-wide and run automatically.
Live product Every file carries a tracking record that powers an Insights tab with four live stats: Views, Unique viewers, Downloads and Edits. Below them, per-page engagement shows seconds read on each page — and a full per-document audit log records literally every action: opens, edits, downloads, renames, moves, shares, role changes, access-code unlocks and failed attempts, each with who did it, when, and when they signed in, plus total reading time. The audit is visible to everyone the document is shared with and exports to CSV per document. Repeat views inside 45 seconds are de-duped, and a one-tap toggle pauses tracking per file for privacy without losing the data you already have.
Live product The SOP builder turns any process into a visual Standard Operating Procedure: ordered steps with rich instructions, an estimated time and an annotated screenshot on each — drop boxes, arrows, pins, text or blurs at info, warning or danger level, with callouts and warnings. Then publish it three ways: a step-by-step viewer for people, a 3D flip-book, or compile it straight into an agent-readable instruction set so the exact same procedure runs as an AI Skill. Generate a whole SOP, form, poll or book from a single prompt — the AI authoring saves the finished artifact right back into Drive.
Live product Every seat contributes to one shared pool, so you are not juggling per-person quotas — and a full Drive policy console in Company Admin governs it. Set quotas at three levels (org, per-user, per-department) with a hard stop when exceeded, default new-file visibility and external-link rules, watermarked previews of confidential files, an enforced default folder structure, version history, comments and a trash auto-purge window. Per-editor controls go deeper still — suggesting mode and export formats for Docs, formulas, external connectors and a max-rows ceiling for Sheets.
Live product Drive search runs two ways from one box: an AI mode does plain-language semantic search across the Company Brain and returns each file with a match percentage and the source cited; an exact mode does precise keyword. Pin any search to keep it. Every file is indexed into the Brain, which shows how many documents, nodes and links it holds — and a single button opens your whole knowledge base as a navigable 3D map by topic, team or time. Results are permissions-aware, so people only see what they are allowed to.
Live product Every editor in Plantel Drive runs on engines we wrote — so there is nothing proprietary or copyleft in the build, and nothing leaves Plantel.
