1. Agreement to terms
By using Plantel services you agree to these terms.
2. Use of services
You may use Plantel for any lawful business or personal purpose. See Acceptable Use Policy for forbidden uses.
3. Account
Provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Plans and payment
Per-seat subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Wallet pay-as-you-go.
5. Refunds and cancellation
14-day money-back guarantee on the first month. Cancel anytime in-app.

8. Intellectual property
You own your data. Plantel owns the platform code.
9. Warranties
Services provided as-is. Best-effort uptime targets per status page.
10. Limitation of liability

Texas, USA.
13. Changes
We notify in-app 30 days before material changes.
