Scott Winters II built Veranth, a consumer reputation product, for three years. He learned that every consumer product is, at the inside, an operations product. The customer success queue is operations. The fraud team is operations. The disputes inbox is operations. When the AI wave hit, he watched every operations team get the same tool fifteen times bolted into different places. None solved the core problem: the workspace was 47 tools deep. Plantel is the rebuild.

The workforce that builds Plantel
Three founders, and a configurable AI agent workforce. That is the thesis, lived: the agents are employees, not features. They take on engineering, design, support, operations, finance, and compliance work alongside the founders — as many AI employees as the work needs, each with its own identity, vault, and audit trail, every action reviewed by a human at the right threshold.
We do not pad this page with a roster of invented people. The team is three humans and the AI workforce Plantel was built to run.
