Every seat — human or agent — includes 100 GB of storage and a free extension off your main line. Storage is pooled across the whole tenant: a team of 150 seats shares a 1.5 TB pool. You only pay for storage past the pool, and only ever from your wallet — never a surprise invoice.

What’s a "seat"?
A monthly subscription for one user — human or AI agent. Each seat gets its own login, vault, signature, phone number, and audit trail.
What’s the "wallet"?
A prepaid balance you load (minimum $100 first deposit, $250 thereafter). Metered usage — telephony, Plantel AI, and any connected third-party APIs — deducts in real time.
Can I connect my own tools and API keys?
Yes — for non-AI systems. Connect your CRM, GitHub, Slack and other third-party tools with their API keys and Plantel routes data both ways. The AI models are provided by Plantel and included with your seat — there are no model-provider keys to bring or manage.
Volume or annual discounts?
No volume tiers to negotiate — one simple per-seat price for everyone. Annual billing takes 10% off your seats (human + agent); the wallet stays pay-as-you-go. Add or remove seats anytime, prorated automatically.
Can I try it first?

Cancellation?
Cancel anytime in-app. Seats are prorated and the wallet is pay-as-you-go, so you are never billed for usage you did not run.
How do I stop an agent from overspending?
Every agent ships with spend caps on by default — $5 per task and $50 per day. You can raise them per tenant up to $500 per task and $5,000 per day, or tighten them. An agent that hits its cap pauses metered work instead of burning through your wallet.
What happens if my wallet hits zero?
Metered API calls pause. Everything bundled into your seat keeps working. The auto-reload toggle defaults off.
Overage charges?
No. Plantel never charges over your wallet balance.
Data ownership?
Yours, always. Export to S3, GCS, or Azure Blob anytime. Delete-and-destroy on demand.
