Web Intelligence

See who's on your site — right now.

One analytics workspace that replaces your whole stack — live traffic on a 3D globe, heatmaps and session replay, behavior and funnels, company intel and real-user performance. Twelve lensed workspaces, roughly forty views, first-party and consent-aware, tenant-scoped to your company.

Web Intelligence — your live traffic on a spinning globe.
Analytics that act

Not a chart you check once a week.

Web Intelligence is a twelve-group workspace with roughly forty views — traffic, audience, behavior, heatmaps, funnels, conversions, company intel, site health, session replay and AI — all on real first-party data, all inside HQ.

One workspace, twelve lenses

One tab that replaces five separate logins.

Web Intelligence is not three charts — it is a twelve-group workspace with roughly forty views, each lens carrying its own sub-navigation of breakdowns: Overview, Live, Audience, Acquisition, Behavior, Heatmaps, Flows, Conversions, Companies, Quality, Replay and AI. Five live stat tiles run across the top — Active now, Visitors, Sessions, Avg. time and Bounce — and the whole thing snaps across five time ranges: Live, 24h, 7d, 30d and 90d. Pick one property or see them all combined. It is the traffic console, the heatmap tool, the behavior product, the company-intel tool and the replay tool — in one place, on your own data.

  • Twelve lenses, ~40 sub-views, each with its own breakdown nav
  • Five live tiles: Active now · Visitors · Sessions · Avg. time · Bounce
  • Five time ranges: Live / 24h / 7d / 30d / 90d
  • Per-property or one combined "All properties" view

Live + global

Watch your traffic happen, on a 3D globe.

A real-time globe shows visitors as live pings at their true geo coordinates — rotate, zoom, auto-spin — under a real astronomical day/night terminator computed from the actual subsolar point and refreshed every few minutes. Known visitors light up gold, anonymous teal, and the most recent ones radiate animated ping rings. Click a point and that visitor opens in the session timeline. When nobody is on, it stays a calm idle globe with a "no live visitors" state — never a fake ping.

  • Live pings at real coordinates — gold when known, teal when anonymous
  • A real day/night terminator from the live subsolar point
  • Click a point → open that exact session
  • Honest empty state when traffic is quiet

Visitor intel

Identify the visitors you can — honestly.

Known visitors come from your own first-party signal: a tracked link, a first-party cookie you set, or a form-fill matched to a CRM contact or lead inside your own tenant. Everyone else is enriched with geo (city / region / country) and, where lawful, company firmographics — shown with a stable anonymous id. We don't pretend to unmask every stranger by name; we surface the ones you can actually act on, straight into the CRM. Open any visitor for a per-visitor timeline — every event in order, with dwell and scroll depth — and jump straight to their Customer-360.

  • Known = your first-party signal (tracked link · cookie · CRM form-match)
  • Anonymous = geo + lawful company enrichment + stable id
  • Per-visitor journey: every event in order, with dwell and scroll depth
  • One-click handoff to the CRM record (Customer-360)

Heatmaps

See exactly where they click, scroll, and rage.

A full first-party heatmap suite, captured on your own domain — no third-party tracker. A click map plots up to 400 real click points per page at privacy-safe coordinates (no PII), with rage clicks called out in red. A scroll-depth histogram buckets how far people get — 25, 50, 75, 100% — fed by real scroll milestones. And frustration signals surface where the experience breaks: rage clicks (three or more clicks within forty pixels in one second) and dead clicks (a click that triggers no change at all). A most-clicked elements view ranks the selectors and CTAs people actually hit.

  • Click map: up to 400 real click points per page, rage clicks in red
  • Scroll-depth histogram across 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% buckets
  • Rage clicks (3+ within 40px in 1s) and dead clicks detected automatically
  • Most-clicked elements and CTAs, ranked — Hotjar/Clarity-style, built in

Behavior + flows

Find the exact step where they fall out.

Behavior and flow lenses show what visitors actually do: top pages, landing and exit pages, on-page events, and an engagement view. The Flows lens builds a real path funnel — up to eight steps, ordered by visitor volume, with a drop-off percentage on every step so you see precisely where people leave — plus a journey view of top entry pages, top exit pages, and the path between them. Built from real journeys, not guesses.

  • Pages, landing, exit, events and engagement in one behavior lens
  • A real path funnel up to 8 steps with per-step drop-off %
  • Top entry and exit pages, with the journey flow between them
  • Every number derived from real captured sessions

Conversions

Turn traffic into outcomes — and credit the right channel.

Define a goal as a key pageview, an event, or a dollar value — match a URL or call a one-line goal API on your site — and conversions track automatically. A Value view rolls up total goal value and the count of goals fired, ranked by goal. And attribution settles the "which channel deserves the credit" argument with five models side by side — first-touch, last-touch, linear, position-based and time-decay — across six channels auto-classified from UTMs and referrer: Direct, Organic Search, Paid, Social, Email and Referral.

  • Goals from a pageview, an event, or a value — tracked automatically
  • Total goal value in $ and goals-fired count, ranked by goal
  • Five attribution models: first / last / linear / position / time-decay
  • Six channels auto-classified from UTM + referrer

Company intel

Know which companies are researching you.

The Companies lens is the account-based capability built in: identify the company behind anonymous B2B visitors (firmographic, where lawful) and rank the accounts on your site by visits, pages and people. Lead scoring floats the hottest accounts to the top — companies and known contacts scored by engagement signals like pages viewed, scroll depth, return visits, high-intent pages and goal hits, with scoring weights you set in Company Admin and high-score accounts that can alert your team. The Leadfeeder/Clearbit-style ABM signal, on your own first-party data.

  • Companies on your site, ranked by visits, pages and people
  • Lead scoring on engagement: pages, scroll, returns, intent pages, goals
  • Configurable scoring weights; high-score accounts can alert sales
  • A coarse, lawful-where-permitted company label — never bought PII

Site health

Your analytics also watches your site's health.

A Quality lens turns traffic into a real-user performance monitor. Core Web Vitals — LCP, INP and CLS, plus FCP and TTFB — are measured on real visits and shown at the 75th percentile per page, scored green or red against Google's own thresholds (LCP ≤2500ms, INP ≤200ms, CLS ≤0.1, FCP ≤1800ms, TTFB ≤800ms). A built-in JS error tracker captures uncaught errors and promise rejections — message, source and line, no PII — ranked with the pages and browsers they hit. A slow or broken page surfaces right next to the traffic it's costing you.

  • Core Web Vitals at p75 — Google's exact ranking signals — scored per page
  • LCP ≤2500ms · INP ≤200ms · CLS ≤0.1 · FCP ≤1800ms · TTFB ≤800ms
  • A built-in JS error tracker: uncaught errors + promise rejections, no PII
  • Slowest-page and speed views alongside the vitals

Session replay

Watch a real session play back like a video.

Turn on replay per property and the Replay lens becomes a session library — click a session and watch it play back: pageviews, clicks, scrolls and rage-clicks in order, with full page replay when capture is enabled. Privacy is the default, not an afterthought: text and inputs are masked unless you choose otherwise, and replay is strictly opt-in per property. The session list shows the visitor, geo, device, event count and time-ago, with a play button on each.

  • A session library — click any session to replay it in order
  • Pageviews, clicks, scrolls and rage-clicks replayed step by step
  • Text and inputs masked by default — privacy-first
  • Strictly opt-in, configured per property
hq.plantel.ai
Audience

Slice your audience any way you want.

The Audience lens is a full segmentation workspace. Build a saved segment from any attribute or behavior — channel, country, device, page, new vs returning, known vs anonymous — apply it across every view, or compare up to four segments side by side. A retention lens shows weekly cohort grids and a retention curve as the same visitors come back. New-vs-returning and known-vs-anonymous split tiles sit alongside full tech breakdowns — browsers, operating systems, device types — and geography down to country, region and city, all parsed coarsely server-side and PII-free.

  • Saved segments from any attribute; apply everywhere, compare up to 4
  • Weekly retention cohorts + a returning-visitor curve
  • New vs returning and known vs anonymous, at a glance
  • Browsers, OS, device types and country / region / city — all PII-free

Ask Plantel AI

Ask your analytics in plain English.

An AI lens turns the whole workspace conversational. Ask anything — "which pages convert best from paid search?", "what changed this week?" — and get an answer computed over your real metrics only, never a fabricated number. An Insights view auto-writes a short, plain-English summary of what's driving traffic, your best and worst pages, and one thing to do about it. And anomaly detection flags unusual day-over-day spikes and drops automatically, so a sudden change finds you instead of waiting in a chart. If AI is offline, it says so and points you to the computed lenses — never an invented "traffic up 30%" when there's no traffic.

  • Ask anything in plain English — answers grounded only in your real data
  • Auto-written insight summaries: top pages, drivers, one action
  • Automatic anomaly detection on day-over-day spikes and drops
  • Honest offline + empty states — never a made-up stat

Set up + stay compliant

Add a URL. Verify. Go live.

Dead-simple setup in Company Admin, a first-party beacon, and consent compliance baked into the architecture — not bolted on.

Instant-on for domains you own

In Company Admin, add a name and URL. If you already own or already verified that domain for email, tracking turns on instantly — no snippet to install. Everyone else gets one line to paste into <head>, then clicks Verify; verification confirms on the first real beacon hit.

One line captures everything

A single async first-party beacon captures pageviews and SPA routes, real engagement time, clicks with coordinates, rage and dead clicks, scroll depth, Core Web Vitals, JS errors, form field names (never values), UTMs, custom events and goals — batched and sent from your own domain.

Many sites, one view

Register as many sites and landing pages as you run. Switch between per-property views or see everything combined in an "All properties" view — all on one globe.

Consent is the architecture

Per-property consent modes (Implied / Explicit / Off), Do-Not-Track honored at the door, and an IP-anonymization option on by default that drops the last octet and keeps geo coarse. A consent ledger records the basis for every event.

Tenant-stamped, append-only, encrypted

A property token resolves server-side to exactly one tenant and property — the beacon never trusts a tenant id from the client. Events are written append-only (a leaked token can't rewrite or delete history) and encrypted at rest. Your data never crosses to anyone else.

You control who can see it

Per-property retention is configurable from 1 to 3650 days (default 365), and a view-permission gate scopes each property to Owners & admins, Managers & up, or All members.

Reports, export + weekly digest

Real-time and historical ranges (Live / 24h / 7d / 30d / 90d), top pages / sources / countries / devices tables, one-click CSV export, and a scheduled weekly email digest — every report tenant-scoped and real-data-only.

Honest by default

Every lens shows a real number or an honest empty state. The ingest always answers the same way and never reveals whether a token is valid, identity matching only ever uses your own first-party signal within your tenant, and no raw email is stored on a visitor row.
